Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the content you store and share.

Acceptable use

Do not store unlawful content, try to break into another vault, or interfere with the service.

Beneficiary features

You can invite a beneficiary and save release preferences. Automatic check-in email and automatic release of vault access are coming soon. Saving those preferences does not send check-in email and does not grant access. Do not rely on Legacy Vault as your only estate-planning tool or as a substitute for legal advice.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The price and storage limit shown in your account are the ones the application currently offers. Refunds, cancellation, and taxes are for counsel to set before this template is published. This page does not change those prices.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Poietes LLC disclaims implied warranties. A liability cap, and any exceptions the law requires, are for counsel to write before this template is published.
